Today I found out my cousin took his own life.

This year the Avon Breast Cancer walk is going to be on May 31st and June 1st.
It’s a two day event with a 39 mile walk (a majority of the walk will be on Saturday).

As the New Year rolls in and I consider what my “resolution” will be this year, I realize that I want to stop drinking so much pop.
I searched the internet and found some good advice:

Gradually move to caffeine-free (to break the caffeine addiction)
Keep a good supply of non-soda alternatives on hand (Kool-Aid, juice, tea, etc..)
Pimp [...]
